This is a gorgeous portrait, and the lighting has helped to create a sultry, almost vampiric feel to the picture. The model appears to be lit with a single light setup, which has done a great job to give a dark, shadowed look to the image, while lighting the left side of her body and face very nicely.
The textures of her face near the shadow seem a little bit harsh, however, and I believe a reflector behind her or at the side of her may have given just enough soft light to lessen the texture to something softer. While a minor thing, it would have helped to keep the textures soft like the rest of her face and body, but this does tend to happen with a single light source.
You've done a wonderful job lighting the wine glass, because anyone who has lit glass knows that it's notoriously difficult, and requires a good technique.
In terms of the pose, I think it may have been better for the model to only hold the glass with the lit hand, as the other one is mostly in shadow, and doesn't quite slink into the darkness as well as her dress and shoulders do.
Despite my comments, know that this is a stunning portrait, and you've one a great job with it!
